Baywindow rust repair/removal in Melbourne
I'm headed to NZ in a few weeks for 9mths (short notice job transfer), and I'm thinking I should put my Bay camper in to get the rust cut out whilst
I have no need for it.
Can anyone recommend some places to get quotes?
I'm in Brunswick, so would like to support someone local that has done VWs before.....but can drive it elsewhere if needed.
How long does it normally take? It's a kitted out Sunliner and would obviously need to be gutted beforehand.
I've never had to do this, so any advice on what to ask/look for when checking out repairers?
Also, what sort of price am I looking at? It's not badly rusted, just the usual spots. I don't want to be taken for a ride!
Thanks
helbus

Drive out to Aussie VW Performance in Croydon and talk to them. They have a panel and paint shop there, and they will be able to offer advice. I
believe it would be worth at least going for a drive out there and talking to them.
