nah I need this bit. And this specifically not one that fits like above ^ (i have one of those already with NOS key). I need one single wafer out of this to complete the recoding of my NOS barrel and it aint the same as wafers as the other vw barrels.

I could try Rick for spindles when I am down in Morrabin way but I need it pretty urgentlyish.

oh sorry I didn't see your post. yes, what year are they off?

postage wont be bad. I sent my drop spindles to Jukka and they weigh at least 2/3rds to twice stock ones and only cost 22 buks to send. Only 16 buks to send down the RHS drop spindle from Vwcool to me.

So yeah let me know the details of the spindles and maybe some pics so I know for sure they are the right ones.

most spindles have few km's on them as the type 3 would rust away before you got to 100k ;)

most type 3s I have see done 100+ easy and quite worn.

but some have very little, I had one notch with 22k miles and the one I have now 46 k miles. Both were off the road in the early 80, late 70s.
