Type I stainless exhaust, splitty cargo doors, bugpack truss bar and more...

Having a bit of a clean out of my bits and pieces that I haven't used in the last few years - need some space and hence the following is up for sale.

Location: Burleigh Heads
Contact: Al (0417 645 854) or PM or al@dasrestohaus.com.au
NB - these are my own personal bits and not related to my business

One of Westi's 1 1/2in merged stainless steel headers (no muffler) - this is a very nice system with extremely high quality workmanship. Compare it to the cheap chinese knock offs and you'll certainly know the difference pretty quickly. New and unused

Late model (low top hinge) splitty cargo doors. These have been given basic bodywork and a coat of primer for protection however the lower inners (beneath seal area) has rust and would need repair if you are doing a full tilt resto. Outer skin is okay. One small crack just below swage line pictured on exterior otherwise in fantastic shape for someone who's cargo doors are knackered.

Unsure of manufacturer - splitty cargo door outer rocker. We use Klassic Fab parts hence don't need this one any more, probably okay for someone doing localised repairs on their rocker.

Splitty rear hatch (early) with prop and glass. This rear hatch is in excellent shape rust wise with no signs of pitting on the bottom inner or outer. Only downside is its had something heavy on the inside diagonally across and dented it (pictured as best as I could). Screws were obviously siezed on body and hence hinge area has been ground away around some holes unfortunately. Would be a lot easier to repair than a rusty hatch (trust me I know).
$180

Set of four T4 rims and near new tyres (but will fit T3). 5 x 112 pattern (same as bay window) - these rims have been painted in black gloss two pack then new 205/70 x 15 Khumo thin band white wall tyres fitted. I ran them on my T3 for around 1000kms before selling the van and keeping the wheels....but don't need them any more. Tyres are still in excellent shape with 90%+ tread. Two wheels pictured but four included....two have had centre bores clearanced to fit the T3 hubs.
$250 (I paid $440 for the tyres alone) ##SOLD##

Bugpack truss bar, new unused still in box, bolt in not weld in. Again not a cheap Chinese knock off....not as nice as Craig's kafer bars but price reflects that:
$170 ##SOLD##

Bugpacks spiel:
Our new Truss Bar ties in the frame horns to the shock towers on the rear of all Type 1 suspensions both swing axle and IRS for the added support necessary when any form of performance driving is anticipated. Our Truss Bar assembly is a complete bolt-in kit-No welding required! Kit is supplied with all necessary hardware for linking the frame horns to the shock towers and then supporting the bridge across the shock towers. Adjustable rod ends allow for the ultimate adjustability and adaptability for easy fitment to vehicle applications as well as preload adjustment for competition style uses. Added support to the frame horns helps eliminate flexing and twisting which causes wheel hop and frame horn damage. Truss Bars are an excellent addition to any street or off road application! Some trimming may be required around the original shock boss for certain applications.
