T4 common issues to look for when buying

Hi guys,
Not very familiar with the busses, hence my post.
An interstate friend is looking for a T4 van (SWB or LWB) and asked me to look at a few for him. Any advice on what to look for and common weaknesses (if any) would be greatly appreciated.
