Looking for info on a chopped beetle

Hi all,
I am trying to find as much info about Thomas koch's hammered inc. chopped 54 beetle built in sweden as I can. If anyone has articles or know of any in the build pics of this car can you please either post up links or scan mag articles and post them up. Really interested in the way it has been chopped.

I have most of the pics you can find on the net.
Thanks
T54

Hammered Inc has had 2.5in out of the windscreen and 2in out of the rear,

The article is in the November 2009 issue of Volksworld.

Part of the deal of getting them is not to share. Not that there is anything wrong with them, just part of the deal.
What you will witness is the chop on my own 54 which should be a very close replica to the way Thomas did it!

Hi Turbo54,

I'm trying to get hold of the same details you got from Thomas.

I fully respect his wishes for you not to share them, so could you point me in the direction of where I can contact him? I've searched around for a while, and come up with nothing.

Cheers.

Hi Pie Corner,
This was a long time ago. I might have the pics still somewhere but I ended up selling the shell I was going to cut and found another really clean shell with matching numbers pan etc.
I will see what I can do.

By the way, from memory this was a ragtop and you need 2 roofs to do it.

Thanks Heath, be great if you could dig out the pics.

I've collected some spare roofs and doors over the last year or so, so I think I'm ready to go......I think!

Cheers,

Colin
