ok so we have had in town from the uk for a couple days, his been staying in sydney with the family for christmas and buzzed down to melbourne to meet
us all
so we had a bbq on the day he arrived, the next day we took him around to rogers to check the chop top volksrod his been building as he just got the
oval clip in, work is done by skinned knucks, we then went for a cruise to st kilda for lunch then accross to mario gooch for a beard trim and then
the rest of the arvo at volksrecycle, a few lads swung bye and then it was beers and rest, this morning fonz also from the uk popped by in his kg to
hit up the galleries then matty shaven is swinging by then his off to adams for a ride to the airport, a huge shout out to everyone for making eds
couple days here a pleasure and thanks to everyone whos helped out with his transport around the place, huge thanks to adrian for scooping him up
first thing sunday to drag him to the bbq

still have a soft spot for my old 66 type 3 now jahlov it is one of those cars you miss great looking car
i will chase down the resto photos and send through as it was 1 very original car

if you do mate can you please send them my way, lewis passed away a couple weeks ago anf his wife is keeping the car, be really cool to make her a
little book in his honor, us boys have been given permission to drag it to some shows and it will be at the funeral tomorrow with a bunch of our
cars, he had only just had all the work completed and never got to drive it to one of our meets, was super hard seeing the car without him

Hi that is very sad news as I never got to meet lewis as he purchased it and I had it delivered to Vic for him.
i will chase up the disc with all the progress pics from scratch bare metal to the end.
it was a very original 1 owner orig miles and full books and receipts
How old was Lewis he seemed to be a young fella
Hope tomorrow all goes well Lewis RIP
