&%$#@ monitors.

After weeks of 14 inch screen and horizontal scrolling I bought an LG 17 incher this morning. Plugged it in and the right hand side has all shuzbutted colours. Thought it would disappear after the driver was installed but nope. Maybe the computer has to reboot before the driver takes effect. Nope. Still shuzbut.

bastards.

Doesnt apear to be any control knobs to adjust. Went thru the menu thingo but doesnt appear to be anything. Just resizing, reposition, and RGB. Do I have to take it back or is there a fix through the control panel????

If there is no degauss (de magnetise) on the monitor then you can usually do it thru the control panel / display devices

Chris do you have Help and Support

Mine has these questions

Video Display Troubleshooter What problem are you having?

I receive the following message: "Display problems. This program can't continue."

My display flickers or is garbled.

I cannot install my monitor.

I am having a problem with the multiple monitor feature.

Videos or animations do not work correctly.

I cannot set the video resolution above 640 × 480 with 16 colors.

Allow Automatic Sniffing?

Which one do we go for????
