judson County buggy
So, whoever was at valla most prob saw this, if u didnt, ur eyes must of been painted on.
but, heres a little tale, Brent from melbourne rang wantin to see if i could look at it for him, so i did. a deal was made so i loaded it.
all full of xcitement, calls were swapped an ideas thrown about for puttin a beater engine in it for valla for fun, which was a good idea....
then i had a thought an presented it to brent, take the body an slap it on the oval pan, it runs, it stops, it turns, but best of all, its force fed
by judson..
so Macca came over an gave me a hand to body swap, hooked up a tank (raised 1-1/4" to clear the tie rods) an took it for a spin.
brent turned up b4 valla an loaded the cb. due to recent activity an legal issues it wasnt driven as intended at valla, but pushed/towed around for
shits an giggles..
at the end of the day, it was for a joke an to raise eyebrows which i can prob say it did.
massive thanks to brent for buyin the cb an been just as xcited to strap it to a judson, prob the 1st an only cb powered by judson in the world.
ray for lendin me his trailer, macca for his scooby doo an given me a hand lifting the body on an off, tom for helpin dismantle it, an ginge for his
constant laughin at me an shakes of his head..
an especially bree for puttin up with all my shit constantly...
enough jibber jabber, heres some pikchars
loading
body off
old pan
new pan
body on
some fittin plates for the victorian owner
an finished, one 36hp judson powered country buggy!!!
hangin out with the single lady
street parade at nambucca
show an shine? i dont think so
heres a couple of vids..
1st time driven with the body on, couldnt resist, 2nd gear spinning

I have always said that it is great to see any CB back on the road. This unit is nothing different.
One thing I can state definatively
The CB has been a head turner for many years ,usually drawing the "WTF" comments.
Well done guys, sorry I was not at Valla to see it.
Just one critical comment from a CB eccentric- Pity the plastic chair was not painted to match into the paintwork as it stood out like dogs
proverbials in white.

Plastic chairs were not part of the display Bill
Because it was so cold the night before, I had put on every layer of clothing I had with me.
At some stage during the evenings activities, my chair reached the limit of it's SWL and collapsed and died.
The plastics were replacements. I got two just in case from Nambucca Oppe Shoppe for $2. Best money I spent all weekend
Massive thanks to Dion and Maca for all of their work making it happen

its funny tho, because of the cb body shape u cant really tell how low it was, obviously the rear is limited without cutting an welding, but the pan
head was cms off the ground

FYI Dion, the underside of the body has rub marks from the rear wheels, so there wasn't much room. You judged it perfect.
