it is still in qld atm but i am moving home soon which is in country NSW so should be able to get it on road there.. as i know bags are illegal in qld

I thought bags were legal now under the new COP in Qld?
Allegedly they were always legal but you needed to jump through hoops to get a blue plate.
Only in bloody Qld  . Still doing the same things I did 30 years ago only
much better. Too old to change now. |

I would be looking into that if I were you.
I spoke with an engineer here in QLD while I was getting some stuff on my 4x4 engineered and he stated that the new laws in NSW were the toughest in
Australia now, so unless its already engineered you may have a hard time getting it passed.
From everything I can gather (and the word of my engineer) its also impossible to get bags mod plated in QLD for show purposes.
