just chuck them back in both at the same angle, bolt them up put the wheels on drop it. then adjust accordingly either way if you want it up or down.
couple of hours work, longer and more enjoyable with several beers and a mate.

Get two longer bolts and start them before the holes go out of alignment, then by carefully tightening them you can get the other two og bolts
started, then swap the longer set out once the og bolts are tensioned.

I tryed to upload a photo but the file is to big. Im guessing this but not certin when i put the plate on it sits higher than the hole on the chassie
does this mean i have to much tension on my torsion bar. I beleave it was at 35°

Adjustable plates are adjustable. You install them set in the lowest position (adjusting screw all the way out of the block) and the torsion bar
spline set so the spring plate JUST clears the suspension bottom stop. Then, once everything is assembled, adjust the set screw up to set the ride
height. You need to adj the screw only with the vehicle jacked up to reduce the load. I'd go up a good 10-15mm on the screw to start with. When you
lower the car, you need to roll the car a few car lengths to settle the suspension, then check the height, see if you want to go up or down and adjust
accordingly.

if you're door sills are level/horozontal, then the springplates when located without tension on them should angle down from horozontal 16 degrees
(book says 20 degrees if a 1500 model)
that is the standard height setting...
i have done it using the angle finder app on an i phone and it worked perfectly
just need to check angles compared to level of car/door sills and keep adjusting torsion bar position till exact and the same both sides

Looking Good!
I just went through all the same process (only using notched standard spring plates though)
Dropped two splines in the rear, adjusted the beam so the car looked level and now I have a 7-8cm high daily Its amazing. A rib rattler by all means, but still amazing haha.

Going to take a stab and say OP deleted his post after you replied. That would bump you to the top.
