hey bud , I can lend my door card to use as a template, but i just covered it. You could still get a good plate off it, just bring over your 3 mm MDF
and copy away.... I'm in Wavell Heights .........
Cheers Ian

1600 type 1 motor with an upgrade to the alternator that replaces the original genny. The pulley is a bit warped, was like that when I got the car.
Not sure if any type 1 generator pulley will fit or whether they are different on the alternators.

I would imagine it would cost more to get the pulley machined than to buy a new one, most machine shops want $80 an hour without even doing much. I
figured if I can't find a used one cheap I'll go new. Door cards I'm a little torn on, if I can get a set in the same colour to match mine then
maybe, but the rest of my cards are showing their age too so a retrim is a real possibility. My interior is the deluxe style with the covered
walkthroughs in that bone white/off white colour.
I'll post pics as soon as my camera comes back from the repairer.
