eBay

Just missed out on a replacement dash for my L Bug, hope someone on here picked it up. But that's just a 'by the way'.

I have a bit of an eBay addiction, keeping an eye out for what might be available but particularly a camper. The Billabong Kombi seems to be make a very regular appearance. There has to be a story behind it, who has the inside scoop?

lol I've been watching that billabong kombi too... reckon its just a quick respray. The step looks pretty well rusted, and there is a bigger than usual hole just above the rear bumper. Probably nothing out of the ordinary though.

There is a bit about this bus on 'Kombi Club' forum. AApparently the guy is a bit of a scammer and would be worth giving this one a wide berth, even with the free surfboard.

That Kombi is usually parked on the left hand side of Sydney Road in Balgowlah/ Fairlight if you want to have a look. I have driven past it a few times...

Does any one have any info on how they work?

speaking of ebay, they just jacked up their basic store subscription price more than 100% used to be 19.95 per month (reasonable) they jacked to 49.95 just like that.

bs! I canceled mine as I don't sell bugger all anymore to justify the cost. My internet is cheaper than that!

just a warning to people who sell on ebay via a store.
