Yours should be the stainless steel trim...

looks like chrome but its not..

the aluminium ones were used mostly on German made cars

Yours is also the wide trim.. later ones were much narrower ..

clips are large metal and fit into rubber boots..

If its a 58 bug then you need the anodised alloy strips

these have been reproduced and look great new

Well iam in redhead 2290 but u can wrap in bubble wrap and post them in the tubes for pretty cheap thats how i got my bonnet peice.

Yes, can do original stainless from 40HPs at Blue Haven 2262.
$5 per piece (without clips or boots - there are some clips but newys would be the go) if you pick em up. Give me a PM if interested.
Pretty good condition - no bumps. You can use my rag buff to freshen them up if you want.
