IRS and short torsion bars question

I want to use short torsion bars on IRS beetle. Using adjustable spring plates would be a bonus also.

I found these http://www2.cip1.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=ACC-C10-4011

Will this do the job? Is there anything I've missed?

Thanks
