I'm thinking of spraying them chrome. I love them, in the flesh they make the dub look tough... Love it!

My beetle was half painted that color by by Son who is a spray painter..
I don't like dark colors because of the summer sun..
He also chose the mitsubishi silver gray metallic color..

Silver really works well on it, I'm actually somewhat jealous lol I
am considering my options... My engine needs work first though... It's pinging a bit and never seems to idle right. When its cold the auto choke
comes on and it idles well afterwards... Then after 29 mins driving it drops right back down and stalls.. so while warm, I adjust it up, get it
right... Then inevitably 20 mins later, its stalling again... wtf bug :P
