Anyone used them or had friends use them?

Look nice and quite reasonable pricing.

it is a side draft and will be VERY difficult to fit.

If you want performance you are better off with a set of dual Weber IDF 40's or Dellorto DRLA 40's

Still - be careful of these "new" Weber style carbs

They are of mixed quality

Have a look at Joel's old build post when he ran a supercharger in his 74 L bug

Got a bid on a supercharger and was quite impressed with Joel's build write up.

Will just keep my eyes open for a weber or similar.
