[FS - QLD] Swap or Sell Honda Cafe Racer Motorcycle (Non VW, but swap for VW)
For sale or swap is my 1980 CB250n Cafe racer motorycle.
Not VW but it is aircooled! Would like to swap for a decent Beetle or maybe Type 3.
I have too many motorcyles (I also have too many cars but I miss having a VW on the road and my Baja is a way off)
The bike is a 1980 model and has many mods. Clip on bars, chrome 2.5inch gauges, custom made rear set foot controls, 2 Into 1 exhaust, clubman style
cafe seat, modified side covers, Cnc machined badges, aftermarket indicators and more. Has brand new rear tyre and brand new battery.
The bike was professionally spray painted by Danny at Kunda Park Smash repairs and the gloss black is fantastic.
The bike has around 8000kms on the clock. This is original and I can prove these Kms through the original log books and original speedo cluster.
Bike comes with log books, original seat, bars, gauges, mirrors and other parts that came off the bike. These are all in great condition.
Licensed riders may test ride.
Mod plated for single seat rego (cheap) but could be put back to 2 seater.
This is a beautiful bike that is ready to ride away. The only thing I was going to do further was make a leather wrapped foam seat. Currently the bike
has a closed cell foam seat pad. I can supply leather and seat foam if you are interested free of charge with the sale.
The only mark is a scuff on the muffler from a previous owner.
First to ride this thing will buy it. I should be able to dig up most of the receipts from the build including the paint job.
Bike has personalised plates and I will organise their transfer to the new owner as well as roadworthy certificate for the buyer. (Unless negotiated
otherwise)
