Vinyl. Cover?

I'm cleaning up the Caddy and have decided to dress up the back by fixing vinyl or some other covering to the bare metal bodywork, as there is a lot of complex shapes to work around I figure I'll need a very stretchy type off material to work around all the shapes. Does anybody here have experience in this type of thing and can point me in the direction of what is the best material to work with.
