Golf MKV 1.9 TDI camshaft problem
Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced problems with their camshaft lobes wearing to the point of needing replacement within 140,000 kms? I've
always adhered to the service intervals, and have mostly used a particular VW dealershit (sic) for servicing. I've been told that the
camshaft has work due to oil starvation...
Thoughts? Comments?

What oil are you using....Castrol SLX longlife 3?

I use Nulon or Castrol 5X-30 with the VW505.00 and VW507.00 rating...
