1960 sunroof beetle
Currently on fleabay is a 60 beetle with a sliding steel sunroof, It does not mention in the add that it has one, I would have thought that it would
be a major selling point, anybody seen this model with this type of roof, It appears that this type of sunroof was introduced in 1964.

It would have been welded in. There's been lots of steel slider roof cuts sold at the Nationals over the years. (Probably not recently though) Hard
to say if it adds value or niot considering it's not correct for the age of the car.
Still looks like a nice & clean Beetle. Pretty sure it used to be a regular at Sydney VW shows.
