I'd rather wear a Beetle out by racing it than by polishing it!

If you have access to a grit blaster up your way may make it cheaper they will blast before coating but it will be quicker if you have done before
hand
Also before you have the tin ware powder coated fit it all up to an engine and make sure it all works will save you heartache later
especially if bits are missing if its old tin it may require a bit of modifying and also with new stuff as well
