Balancing wide 5's.

Hey guys and girls, I know I'm a little while off needing it but how hard is it to balance wide 5's? A couple of the tyre shops up here in Kalgoorlie have said they can't do them. Can anywhere in Perth do it? Or is there an adaptor plate I can use?
