So, What do you all think of an idea I had half of but thanks to hrastovica for the idea on the door cards I give credits to him. Hessian door-cards
and astro-turf mats/carpets.

I have found 1x1m2 astro turf from bunnings and was wondering if that would work?

Just give it a go mate, the only think i can think of though is if the astro turf is too thick it wont mould to the tunnel nicely..?

When I was up your way for xmas I saw a place at either Maroochydore or Warana.
Just looked it up ILandscape Sunshine Coast, 200 Nicklin Way, Warana. They have few different thicknesses of Synthetic turf. You might find one that
would work.
As Denver says the thick stuff may not bend enough around the tunnel etc.
I'm using marine carpet in my Sunbug, wears well, plenty of colour options and bends almost a right angles.
The hessian does look cool. If you've got long legs and they hit the doors a lot you'll end up with serious carpet burn on your right knee.
