95 EJ 22 alternator wiring

Hi all,
this is a 1995 EJ 22 liberty auto into a 76 Kombi conversion.

I had my first engine start of my conversion to subi yesterday and she started and idles fine but have a few questions.....

> 2 white wires from alternator post go to ?
> 1 white wire from plug on alternator go to?
> small gauge black n white wire from alt plug goes to idiot light

I have read heaps of different ways to wire up but i concluded this, please correct me if I am wrong...

2 white wires from post direct to +12V Batt.
small B&W wire from plug to idiot light.
1 white wire from plug to starter solenoid

I also didn't have my check engine light come on for any codes to read, I was a little surprised to not have one code come up on my first go at wiring up, should I have had something?.... or is it just pure luck I got it right the first time?

thanks in advance......

Binner....

As fusible links are hard to mount, I suggest these from early Mitsubishi Pajeros or Toyota Camrys
