tried rocking the pulley back and forth a bit and twisting a fat screwdriver in the up and out direction?



want any vw bits old but like me, Made in Germany!!!

Or a large set of spreading circlip pliers whilst rocking the pulley, but don't forget to remove the fuel pump pushrod and guide as the gear won't come past it.
