1969 Karmann cabriolet for sale, Car is now sold.
Due to an illness I have decided to sell my 1969 Karmann cabriolet, The car is unregistered, Three years ago I removed the engine for an overhaul but
discovered the H case was RS, the car is supplied with a low KLM type 3 engine and the upright tin ware, the car in the photo was when it was on the
road, it has been stored securely in my workshop undercover and out of the weather, it has a new interior and all aspects of the vehicle are in great
condition with no rust and good pans, the only issue is a small amount of humidity blistering , the car was restored and bare metaled before i bought
it in July, 2009, photo's available, It has all new suspension with KYB gas ajust shocks, swayaway camber compensator and front sway bar, powder
coated Porsche boxter wheel with custom billet wheel centers with tyres as new, Momo prototipo steering wheel, Pioneer head unit and amp with Polk
Audio speakers, the gearbox is excellent and has never been opened, the car comes with a bra, vintage speed exhaust and heads along with other engine
parts. I am open to offers for the vehicle. Offers around $18,000, but I am negotiable, available for inspection, this is a rare right hand drive car
so grab a bargain.

I just remember there is a low KLM 1600 type 3 fuel injected engine to go with the car along with the upright tin ware.

sorry to hear about health issues, mate
nice car, have to give credit here for your meticulous work on all your cars.
Guess the box is swing axle with sway bar? and link pin front end?

Hi Bushed, swing axle with a camber compensator and a ball joint from end with a sway bar. 1969.

It appeared no one on the forum recognized a bargain as all I wanted was for the car to go to a good home, The people who bought it love VW's and
recognized it's value.
