side mirror
is there anything I can do with my old side mirror.at the moment I got a new one on but its a taiwan one(the wind will chang its position).the old one
is perfect but the mirror glass has the old clouds in it. can these be restored?

no offence, but have you tried everyway of cleaning the old one? is the new one a replica, and if so, can you dismantle it and put the new glass in
the old mechanism? if u can dismantle the old one i am sure you could get new glass cut somewhere.

I got a new glass cut for my side mirror on the 65 resto Sea Blue
Cost me $10.00 at the local glass shop and it like brand new. the mirror was one of the easier ones to get apart as it had an O Ring n spring to keep
the tension on the glass.
The other type that are crimped are a big of trouble getting them apart.
