Hey everyone!
Just wondering who's coming to Day Of The VolksWagen?
I was thinking, maaaaaybe we should figure something out so as we know how to spot all the forum people, or list what we're going to wear. How
about we all print out the word "forum" on a small piece of paper and safety pin it to our shirts?
Anyway, just thinking out loud.
Also is anyone coming from inter-state and where are you from if you're planning to?
Oh and it's my Mum's birthday that day, so if you see her make sure you say g'day :birthday

Hey Cam check out above. Posted at the exact same time.
Anyhow, I printed out a heap of Forum tags at the All VW Forum in Penrith a few months ago. A little time consuming but well worth it I think. I met
some great people and put faces to some names.
You just have to leave them some place for people to pick up otherwise you'll be chasing faces you don't know. They were just simply orange
/ red labels with a computer aussieveedubbers logo on it. The didn't stick well cause they were ment for paper not flannel and cashmir.

It's not actually that bad with the freeways and good cruising company
I'd have to say if you're visiting Melbourne and into VW's in anyway shape or form, get yourself to a cruise, theres nothing like
them.

Hey anyone who can't make it to the 4.30 cruise to Dromana Drive-In but is still going to Dromana are more than welcome to join the mini cruise
leaving from Station Pier at 6.30 ish, once the Taswegian's are off the ferry
I'm going to park at the end of the pier where people go fishing. Carpark will probably be full due to new cafe's and Rex's F & C
shop, especially if weather is nice.
Hey let me know if you want to join us. I'll be at the pier at 6pm in Bel the blue beetle, easily identified

Dave aka Orange guy...Are you trying to say that you are driving all the way from Sin dey to go to the DOVW and you can't make it to the Drive
inn???? There are VW Cruisers who live on that side of town and they will show you the way. It is only about 45 minutes driving on the freeway to get
to Brandon Park for the start. You will have a ball if you make the effort. The movie may also be worth seeing!!!!

I'll be at Day Of. Not real sure about the cruise though. I dont think so. I'll be in my orange kombi. If I get time I might even give it a
quick hose. Maybe not cos I've already done it twice this year. I'd do it more often only it really annoys the spiders.
