How much work would be needed if this fastback has been sitting in someones backyard for 8 years ? Would it be worth buying for $500 for my son to do up? Anything I should check for? Maybe I should just take a battery and see if she starts ? Any info appreciated !!

It all depends retro man - rust is the biggest killer anything else is basically easy - have a look in the for sales there a type 3 fasty which sounds OK:jesus

Is that the one for $2000 ??? OUCH I still have to find the money to fix Kombi so selling my dub in the trading post tomorrow. Looking for something a bit cheaper - I will go and have a look I was just wondering if there is anything i should specially check out - being a girl and everything !;)
