Trip to Fraser

Okay I'm planning a trip to Fraser Island for my Hols yahoo week following Anzac weekend plus few more days. My buggy is a street car. I have front end adjusters and reckon I might get a second set of rims (5 stud) and suitable rubber for the trip. I need suggestions and price range. I don't want to spend lots of dollars, so I need sensible advice

fronts have been promised for $110AUD landed perth. those rears are a bit too extreeme. be interestign on an offroader tho...
will stay with buying used 265 or 10.5 plus R 15s for $30 each fitted. my old 1600 has enough fun turning these let alone anything with actual grip...

I can lend you some rubber if you want, save you buying it for a one off. I have some 31's and 235's here as well as some 215 x 75 x 15' and a few others. It is gunna depend on what you are after. Most are on 4 stud rims from memory and all are RWC

Yep,

In the picture you have 5 stud(not VW).

Could allways just have the tyres fitted to your rims and then removed when you get back.
