Just a little update on the Beetle repair.
I have pulled the skirt on the rack and got that in putty.
The replacement guard and bonnet have been stripped to bare metal and puttied also.
I will endeavour to paint it next weekend.
It is annoying, because I haven't really got the time at the moment it has taken longer to do this than it did to respray it.
