tail pipes question


Can I remove the tail pipes on a stock muffler (1600tp) with no ill effects to the running of the motor? back presure etc. I like the stock muffler but not the beetle zing sound.

can attatch flared tail pipes to stock muffler.. deeper note.. or zoom tube.. even deeper again.. i have flared tails still put put.. but not tinny anymore:)

I wouldn't run without tailpipes, you wont last long until ur fined for excessive noise. run flared or similar
