What's a good portal / search engine for OZ sites?

Was looking on Australian Yahoo a few weeks ago to find a forum like this one, but had no luck. Wondered if there was something you all used which was much better?

Use google with a site specifier, ie:

volkswagen site:.au

or

cats site:.au

that works really well for pretty much anything... except that it wouldn't find us as we're .com and not .com.au

I agree with Andrew...

...as google is a good search engine for Oz sites but I have also had a lot of success with 'Goeureka'. It is extremely up to date and can do whole web and Australia and New Zealand searches. Give it a try, I use it a lot.

I use web wombat. http://www.webwombat.com.au

Don't know if it's better or worse than the others mentioned.
