WANTED - Headlights per attached pics

Can someone please let me know where I can purchase headlights like these. They are to suit pre 1967. They have a clear lense, a sealed beam light with provision for an orange indicator bulb in front.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm really only after a pair of lenses as both of mine are broken.
