NSW Painter wanted for Karmann project (pics)
Hi guys,
I'm looking for a painter to take on my karmann project. It is 99% rust free and very straight but the paint on the roof and back is pretty badly
faded.
Does anyone have a painter they have worked with/recommend? I have heard about a guy that is based on the central coast, has anyone worked with
him?
I've attached a couple of pics to show how straight it is.
Thanx
kevin

Does that mean 1% of it is missing due to rust?

That is a nice looking Ghia, have you tried bringing it up with a bit of Meguires, I did my Ghia with it as it was faded, came up like new.
Good luck

mate if you are not happy with your car today chances are you wont be tommorrow ,i say find a painter and get it painted. i must say though if you are
not changing the colour the polish could save alot of cash.
at the end of the day its your car do to it what you want |

Thanks for the advice guys, but the paint on the roof is completely hammered, have tried every polish and nothing brings the paint up and the front
looks like I want but the rear look shit (bad repair)
if anyone knows a good painter within Sydney let me know.
