Wasserboxer conrod dimensions

I noticed the small end and big end is very similar in dimension to a chev, and was wondering if anyone knows if there is any interchangability. Wouldn't mind a rod a mm shorter too. it's always easier ordering stuff for some generic yank V8 than for a wasser...

anyone know?

I thought they were identical to a T1 but with a 24mm small end.

I think you are right bugmeister.
Why do you want shorter rods? if it is to lower the comp for a turbo, just machine the top of the pistons.
