Ignition Timing with 009 distributor

I remember that there was a big write-up here a while ago about what sort of timing to use with a 009 dizzy. I don't much want to use the 009, but I'm stuck with it for the moment, and i was wondering of someone could point me in the right direction of the last spiel, or just say it again.
Thanks,
Nitram

allway a bit picky this one

009's are notorious for crap build quality and what one sets at static doesnt equal full advance on another.

I set mine at 10 static.
