Hi Rick,
Funny as it may seem I am going to get rid of my left rear guard as it is slightly shorter than my right [somewhere along the line before me anincorrect guard was fitted].
The guard I need measures 30 cm from bottom of tail light to edge, whereby the one I have on measures about 27-28 cm. What size are you after?

well the rears are the same as most bugs from 60 on so you are only looking for a set of front sbug ones

new german would be perfect. I do prefer a matching set from a donor car .They are not all the same as far as Im aware as I have two different size
ones on my car. the diference I can make out is the end where you would put the stone gravel guard are different.

Im not sure if 73 and 71 bug guards are interchangeable. Certainly the rear aren't correct as 73 has large round tailights. The front well im not so
sure
