changing 4 stud to wide 5


i have a 67 that has been change to the later 4 stud.well i want to go back to wide 5 ,this is on the rear,do i just use the backing plates and drums from a wide 5 bug.is this a straight bolt on job.......

If it is still the narrow rear end, you should only have to use the 5 stud drums and swap them for the 4 stud ones,

If it is a later wide rear end, they will swap over too but you need to use a spacer under the 36mm nut as the spline is shorter on the early drums.
