Hey Jeremy,

Great mate. Happy New Year. Hope it's a big one for KDF.

These are made by the good 'ol S&M Lamp Co. and are 6 volt.
Don't know how old they are, but I'd say 50's or early 60's. They're pretty solid. No cheap repro here. Got 'em for the Splitty but going for a fresh look this year which won't include fogs.

Are the mount kits complete i.e. they have the part that goes over the bumper bracket. If so i am interested for sure.

If you're putting them on a bug, you need a slightly longer bolt, and position it where the bumper bracket divides to go into the back of the bumber. You simply add a washer and nut under the bumper bracket and voila! The teeth on the under side of the mounting kit arm hold it firmly in place.

I think I know the mounting kit you're thinking of and it's not the same. They can be bought, but fair bit ($) more.

Positions the fog right here......

Probably better making a couple of U shaped clips to clip UNder the bumper bracket....

Many people used to drill a hole in the top of the over rider...
to mount lights...
but not many these days...:):)

they look like good quality..... best i've seen...
