warning
if these cars are over 30 years of age I believe you need a special permit to export them under federal laws governing
MOVEABLE HERITAGE ITEMS
if customs decide that the item is rare in australia they probably wont let it out . if caught the item can be confiscated in australia
if an item has left the country they can still confiscate it and return it to Australia under international agreements with other governments
including USA and EU
ps. they can also issue massive fines (hundreds of thousands$$$) and send you to prison
dont find out the hard way
