replacing rear wheel bearings

Hey Fellow Veedubbers
New at this game
Getting a 1972 Beetle back on the road - yeah we all have our mid-life crises!
Need to replace the rear wheel bearings. Any hints as to the easiest way to get old bearings off/ new ones on?
