Below is my orignal ad. I really need to get rid of this car.... so please, im taking offers...........

unfortunantly, i need to sell my project asap. Its a 74 L bug.
Current stage of project:
-shell is off
-floorpan/chasis back to metal and re-sprayed
most parts that connect to chasis (irs arms, tyre rod ends, drums, front disc guards all back to metal and resprayed.)
- re-built gear box (spent $600)
very clean 1600 TP engine., work includes:
- carefully recond'
- Line bored by stan pobjoy
to fit oversize, .25mm
(is fitted with case saver inserts
for head bolts.
- New 85.5mm pistons, ring &
barrel set
($1500 spent on engine)
Shell is great condition for resto. (little surface rust, but that it, not 100% straight, but a good example.

Hi there!
Is it a CV joint gearbox, ie - not swing axle? (Please excuse my ignorance, I'm not familiar with the beetle family).

I have sold my project. Those of you who were waiting for answers, sorry, i had a buyer who took the whole lot.
