Time for an off road run in perth..???

Cheers Moose.

I have replaced the points and coil, and also found a heap of crud in the fine filter just before the needle in the carb. Not running bad now but still dies every so often. Let it sit for a minute and off she goes again. #2 plug shows a touch rich but nothing to cry about.

I also need to investigate the crankshaft endfloat before I go silly in the dirt. Looks like I will have a busy few weeks.

I went for a blast last Saturday night and some people wearing blue shirts stopped me to compliment me on my exhaust volume. oops. Lucky not to get a nice sticker for the windscreen.

So, as my buggy is close to rego-ready, do I have to learn this language to be able to communicate here?

Do we have a secret handshake too? Should I fit a 'cone of silence' off the back of the roll-bar? Do we wear dark glasses and write in secret ink?

Those questions can only be answered if you know the language and secret handshake, have a cone of silence on your rollbar and are wearing dark glasses. The secret ink is not compulsory on internet forums.

How about going to the Nostalga Drags at Motorplex...
I think I might be going there with a job on the back..
Not sure yet but I just remembered I've had a tentative booking for that for about 3 months...:(

I saw that too. Would be good to see.

Maybe we could check out some tracks near the motorplex? If there is any.

I'm keen for a burn off road too, but I'll go with the flow.

Somehow I don't think I'll be permitted to take a drag car off roading....

There is a couple of good off road areas down that way though...
