Weight of stock flywheel Ej 22 ???

As it is a common practice to take weight off of the stock flywheel to get the engine (and car) accelerate faster, I thought about the original weight of the Subaru flywheel.

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the stock flywheel (manual trans) and the flywheels we use for the conversion?
