Did you pay for insurance? Did you get a receipt to prove that the money got there? If 'yes' to both, you may be able to get your money back. :)

Surface frieght shouldn't take more than 4 to 6 weeks from the West coast. Not that much longer from the East.

Did you get a tracking number from revolks. They can use it to track the frieght in the US at least. Should be able to tell you the day it left the country.
UPS US Postal Service offer this. You can even track your package thru the UPS web site with this number.

Ive been lucky so far. But I have a large value thing on the way (paid for) at the moment and have not been getting good vibes via email from the other end.
Still fingers crossed.

It took me nearly 4 months to receive a part from re-volks via surface. 4-6 weeks is only a USPS guide. It could go via the east coast of US then other countries first. then here. Insist on air mail for all parts if possible.

Yep, I waited for about 4months for parts from re-volks as well. Had to shoot a number of emails but the parts eventually arrived. 5 months is getting up there though, even for surface mail.

Found Re-Volks rather slow, even before they had a war as an excuse. Don't want to worry you - but I think you'll also find the quality a bit lower than you expected (they specialise in cheap copies of popular items marketed under the "empi" name [no longer registered trademark] and don't pack very well.) They'll send you nice e-mails to tell you how well the're looking after you, however, and it should eventually show up...
