DRIFTING


could we have a section dedicated to drift as apposed to normal circuit or shoudl it just be a thread in here? anyways just curious if anyone else is into drifting on here and if anyone has pics etc of bugs, hell even kombi's drifting post em up so we can enjoy:thumb:thumb

I used to love drifting my beetle round corners in the wet. Hell fun. I would have thought it would take alot more power in the dry and you have to have the suspension very well tuned. The other thing is, you really need some sort of LSD and they are quite pricey for VWs. Then again I spose you could just weld up the diff. :crazy:

I love rally and short course dirt and the bug loves drifting. But not the bitumen stuff, inluess your talking about sliding a big around a motorkhana course and never having it straight..........



I have no sympathy for my car, only the wallet that pays for it!

In my opinion it is a topic that would fit in well in the Circuit racing forum. Just like Burnouts would fit in the Drag racing forum.
