Paint for buggy tubs
I have just finished painting the inner and under surfaces of the tub and the outer surfaces of the Targa top of my Manx SR.
I used Motospray Bumper Prime and Motospray Bumper Black which is made by HiChem Industries of Hallam, Victoria.
It is specifically made for plastic bumpers so it is flexible. The primer must be used as some plastics have oil in them.
It is supposedly as tough as old boots. It has a smi gloss finish.
I used a small roller to apply it to the shark skin like surfaces.
I think that it would be ideal for the inner and under surfaces of a fibreglass biggy tub.

Tangerne metal flake with a candy apple look to it and lots of clear coat to finish it off, so that I can call it, "The Kandy Kolored Tangerene Flake
Streamline Baby" after the book about customised cars by Tom Wolf.

I don't know what sort of paint it will be denver.
A mate who is an old hot rodder from way back has offered to do the painting of the car if I pay for the materials.
He would do it in real candy apple red but it would be useless as a daily driver as it can't be patched if it gets scratched. You have to repaint
the whole car so it's only found on trailer queen show cars, not daily drivers. It'll have the candy apple look, but it will be a good basic metal
flake paint.
