ive been on a success streak when it comes to cutting out stuff right and successfully.

Hope it continues.

I should get some pics, but installed some tweeters in my doors (had to cut the cards, drill holes), and put in some woofers in the cards under the rear seat (near the battery compartment)

The speakers under the seat make my bum vibrate. I'magine how kool it would be to have 12 inches fitted under the seats so u feel the vibes. :P:P:P

My idea, patented, MINE!

anyways, thanx all again.

i dont know how many bug eyes ive seen with obvious weld lines where more metal has been added after a bad cut.

measure 3 times.

putting the bonnet on is a good idea but make sure u leave room for corrections.

i dont think u have a welder so get it right chris.:P

rear is easy.

bolt your baja guards up and just mark where they come to, take them off and cut. this is with the decklid off of course

u will also then need to cut diagonally down from the end of your guards to the firewall.

you will also have to cut the firewall a bit if u are running cannons but u can work out what u need to cut when things dont fit when u come to that.

have a look on the net for pages showing the cuts to make before you do anything.....pictures speak 1000 words

thanx nick.

That is a big help. Just had a look at my jeff hibbards baja bugs and buggies book. That helped too. Both did.

Have to say though, the front body end on that baja is hideous. But ah well. Each to their own.
