the front beam, when it comes to the front drums, the aren't in alignment. Had this issue before, tried to look at it, nothing seemed bent but a tie
rod, i replaced that short tie rod, is sitting in there loosly, still wheels dont' align up, but nothing seems bent, my guess is that it needs a
wheel alignment/adjustment.
steerbox is on it, all tie rods, drums etc.

in regards to the wiper switch...
has only got off, and on. IE: Single speed.
the rubber boot is there, has cracks that look almost all the way through, however, still pumps (can feel air from the little pipe thing from it). Be
better off replacing it though, i would imagine.
Swap meet? Yeah, Be nice if i had my licence, car and a non-rusted out trailer (haha!)
